Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented RPO IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for client accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various IT technologies while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting hiring targets.Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for assigned client requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Update ATS and prepare recruitment reports/MIS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with RPO processes and SLAs.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an RPO environment.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of ATS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage).
- Experience working with domestic or international IT clients.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
