Role & Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of assigned projects from initiation to closure.

- Lead and drive on-site execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct and drive project meetings with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers.
- Understand technical RFPs and convert them into executable project plans.
- Prepare and manage:
- Project plans
- Resource plans
- Timelines and milestones
- Daily / Weekly progress trackers
- Maintain complete project documentation including:
- Technical documentation
- Handover documents
- Sign-off documentation
- Risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Act as a bridge between internal IT teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

Project Management:

- Strong project coordination and execution skills
- Ability to drive structured project meetings
- Risk identification and mitigation planning




- Proficient in documentation and reporting
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (trackers, reporting, planning sheets)

Technical Expertise (Preferred Multi-Domain Exposure)

Candidate should have hands-on knowledge in multiple areas:

- LAN Structured Cabling (strong knowledge)
- Fiber Components & OFC Infrastructure
- Cisco Networking (Switching/Routing Basics)
- Wireless Solutions
- UPS Systems
- Audio Video systems
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control & Biometric Systems

Job Nature:

- This is a full-time in office project role.
- Base location is Bangalore; however, projects may be located anywhere in India.
- Candidate must be willing to travel extensively and be deployed at project sites as per

requirement.
