Job Description for Civil Structural Engineer:

- Proficient in design of RCC and structural steel structures using STAAD pro, RCDC, MAT 3D etc,
- Proficient in design of shallow and deep foundations of various Oil & Gas structures.
- Structural design of PEB sheds and review of fabrication drawing.
- Work as Civil lead and provide technical guidance for critical structures and foundations for the most optimal solution.
- Review of topographic survey reports, Geotechnical investigation report and taking results for foundation design purpose.
- Design of various road pavement, culverts, pipe supports, storm water drainage, equipment foundations, retaining walls, land development etc. works.
- Preparation & review of technical specifications, schedule of items, quantity and cost estimation of civil works in oil and gas projects.
- Managing client expectations requires a complete awareness of the scope of work, specifications, and standards.
- Supporting project manager in identifying civil related work within project scope and their input requirements.
- Develop project documents deliverable schedule and Plan Civil document/drawing works to meet deliverable timelines.
- Development of Job Notes, Start-up Pack, Quantity and man-hours management system,




- Liaison with the department lead/HOD and providing timely feedback on the required manpower to meet the schedule. Recommend cost-effective measures to reduce overall manpower costs.
- Regular review of project status and critical issues with department leads/HOD/ Engineering manager/PM.
- Provide clarification/solutions of site queries raised on issued drawings.
- Inter disciplinary check of various drawings and involve in discussion.
- Identify work scope requirements for civil works; evaluate schedules in liaison with the discipline lead. Review and direct the lead in technical guidance for critical structures and foundations for the most optimal solution.
- Plays the leading role in technological and design improvement for the department in consultation with technical specialists in the group.
- Work with the project, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in promoting innovation, departmental improvement, and teamwork.
- Perform other related duties as advised by the supervisor.
- Proficient in IS codes, IRC codes, NBC, American Codes related to structural design of various civil structures.

Candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience after his graduation in Civil Engineering.
