Role & responsibilities

Developing and executing the overall business strategy and expansion roadmap.
- Driving business development, sales growth, occupancy, and strategic partnerships.
- Owning the P&L;, budgets, profitability, and operational performance of the business.
- Leading fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and strategic alliances.
- Overseeing hospitality, facilities, resident services, wellness, and community management.
- Ensuring exceptional resident and family experience through high service standards.
- Guiding project planning, product development, and design from a senior living perspective.
- Building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a service-oriented culture.
- Driving innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Managing vendors and creating documented SOPs for senior living operations.




- Ensuring compliance with statutory, quality, healthcare, safety, and governance standards.
- Collaborating with the Board to formulate long-term business strategies and expansion plans.
- Developing a resident-first, hospitality-driven culture that delivers a premium living experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Senior Living, Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, Armed Forces, or Integrated Community Management.
- MBA / Hospitality / Healthcare Management / Engineering with MBA or equivalent. Medical graduates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- 1825 years of leadership experience with at least 8–10 years managing a Business Unit or P&L.;
