Key Responsibilities
- Work on process optimization to meet organizational cost-control requirements.
- Train process chemists to conduct and supervise laboratory work effectively.
- Maintain the laboratory's capability to handle major chemical reactions by procuring the required glassware and hardware.
- Handle and investigate batch failures in production and support product or batch salvaging activities.
- Study existing plant processes and identify Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) to achieve optimum yield and quality.
- Work on new process development based on plant requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
