Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2
- Experience in CICS (online programs)
- Knowledge of Endevor/Changeman or other version control tools
- Experience in batch processing and production support
- Good understanding of Mainframe utilities and job scheduling tools (Control-M or equivalent)

Customer Communication Management (CCM):

- Hands-on experience in OpenText Exstream
- Experience with MessagePoint for template management and content migration
- Designing, developing, and modifying customer communication templates
- Experience in document composition (Statements, Letters, Notices, Bills)
- Template versioning and content management
- Data mapping and integration between Mainframe data sources and CCM tools

Integration & Data Handling:

- Experience in integrating Mainframe output with Exstream
- Understanding of XML, AFP, PDF, PostScript formats
- Data extraction and transformation for document generation
- Exposure to APIs and web services (preferred but mandatory if required)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Mainframe programs supporting CCM processes




- Design and develop communication templates using Exstream
- Use MessagePoint for template analysis, migration, and optimization
- Perform data mapping between Mainframe systems and Exstream
- Troubleshoot document formatting and data issues
- Support production deployments and resolve defects
- Coordinate with business teams for communication change requests
- Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory requirements
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies
- 3+ years of experience in OpenText Exstream
- Hands-on experience with MessagePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
