- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, project managers, and government authorities to ensure seamless execution of civil works and timely resolution of project-related issues.

- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, material requirements, and work plans to ensure compliance with design standards, contractual obligations, and safety regulations.

- Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections, evaluate work quality, verify contractor performance, and implement corrective actions to address delays, quality concerns, and operational risks.

- Manage project budgets, procurement activities, resource allocation, billing verification,



and cost control measures while maintaining accurate documentation and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, workplace safety standards, quality management systems, and statutory approvals by conducting periodic audits and implementing preventive measures.

- Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation, risk assessments, and management presentations while providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, promote continuous process improvements, support innovation in construction methodologies, and ensure successful completion of civil infrastructure projects aligned with organizational objectives.
