Job Summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Manager Digital Technology to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications and system integrations. This role is responsible for driving application development, digital transformation initiatives, and integration solutions across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, UNIX, Workday, and ADP integrations, along with proven experience leading technical teams, managing complex projects, and partnering with global business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and UNIX.
- Design and develop integrations between enterprise platforms, including Workday, ADP, and other business applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams to define technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.




- Provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Drive application modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while ensuring compliance with corporate security, audit, and data privacy standards.
- Lead architecture discussions and recommend cutting-edge technology solutions to optimize the enterprise application landscape.
- Manage resource planning, project prioritization, budgeting, and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Establish development standards, coding best practices, governance, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to maximize platform capabilities and deliver business value.
- Support production issues, troubleshoot complex integrations, and ensure application stability and performance.
- Mentor and develop technical team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, STEM, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in application development and enterprise integrations.
- Strong expertise in:

- Microsoft SQL Server
- UNIX/Linux

- Workday & ADP Integrations

- Hands-on experience with:

- Experience using:

- SSIS

- Strong experience developing complex .NET applications integrated with Oracle and SQL Server database objects, including stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, views, and sequences.
- Experience working in a global enterprise or shared services environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud-based platforms.
