Civil Engineer
Experience

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology.
- Experience in high-rise residential building projects is mandatory.

Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in executing high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction systems, site execution, quality standards, and project coordination. The candidate must be capable of interpreting layout drawings, supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects within the specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.

Mivan Construction

- Execute and supervise Mivan aluminium formwork activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, verticality, shuttering quality, and dimensional accuracy before concreting.
- Monitor assembly and dismantling of Mivan formwork in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate reinforcement, electrical, plumbing, and embedded items before slab and wall concreting.
- Maintain cycle time to achieve planned construction targets.





Layout & Drawing Interpretation

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Study and understand the complete layout plan of the project before execution.
- Perform accurate site marking, level checking, grid setting, and layout verification.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved layout plans and design specifications.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and coordinate with the design and planning teams for resolution.

Quality Control

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved construction practices.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concrete placement, curing, and finishing works.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure testing of construction materials as per project requirements.

Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project managers.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet construction milestones.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure safe working practices.
- Report unsafe conditions and implement corrective measures.

Documentation

- Maintain site records,



work progress reports, material consumption reports, and measurement books.
- Prepare work completion reports and maintain project documentation.
- Record deviations and assist in preparation of billing quantities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of high-rise residential construction.
- Practical experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork System.
- Sound knowledge of RCC construction techniques.
- Ability to study and interpret layout plans, structural drawings, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of surveying instruments, leveling, and layout marking.
- Familiarity with construction quality standards and IS Codes.
- Positive understanding of construction sequencing and project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management software is preferred.
