Project-manages installations — owns timelines and proactively diagnoses and resolves technical obstacles
Juggles multiple concurrent onboardings against budget and margin goals
Acts as the Starburst Enterprise expert, guiding customers on scale and performance decisions
Serves as the eyes and ears of the delivery team — raising risks and mitigating downstream blockers
Skills: Trino/Presto (prereq), distributed systems, Hadoop (HDFS/Hive), Docker & Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenShift), security (LDAP/Kerberos, SSL/TLS), and hands-on Java, Bash, Python, SQL
