Job Description

We re looking for a Technical Manager Dot Net to lead engineering teams at Grazitti Interactive

In this role, you ll work closely with product and business stakeholders, mentor engineering teams, and lead technical decisions across Dot Net, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud platforms

The role combines hands-on expertise with leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and strong engineering practices

Key Skills

- 9 12 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or management role

- Robust expertise in C# and Dot Net Core (5/6/7/8), including REST APIs, microservices, gRPC, and background workers

- Hands-on experience with Angular (v14+) and/or React (v17+) for enterprise-scale applications

- Solid understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, and state management libraries such as NgRx, Redux, or Zustand

- Solid knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB)

- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, including services such as App Service, AKS/EKS, Functions/Lambda, Service Bus/SQS/SNS, API Management/API Gateway, and storage solutions

- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation

- Knowledge of observability tools such as Application Insights, CloudWatch, Datadog, and ELK Stack

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectures, including SOLID, DDD, CQRS, event-driven systems, and API-first design

- Solid understanding of security practices, including OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2

0, OIDC, Azure AD, and AWS IAM





- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with familiarity with SAFe or Kanban

- Exposure to GraphQL, event streaming (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), or AI/ML integrations (Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker)

- Experience managing distributed teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of 10 20 engineers, tech leads, and QA specialists, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development

- Drive a culture of ownership, continuous learning, code quality, and team accountability

- Participate in hiring, technical interviews, and team expansion

- Own and govern end-to-end technical architecture for Dot Net-based microservices and Angular/React applications

- Drive technical roadmap decisions, including framework upgrades, cloud migration, DevSecOps practices, and API strategy

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery through Agile/Scrum practices and sprint planning

- Review code, design documents, and pull requests, and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines

- Identify and resolve technical debt, scalability bottlenecks, and performance issues

- Design and manage cloud-native solutions across Azure and AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices

- Ensure security, compliance, cost optimization, and high availability across systems

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and translate technical decisions into clear business context

- Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs and solution scoping
