Job Description:
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals
- Use basic Boolean search to find relevant profiles
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
- Conduct initial screening of candidates (phone, email, chat).
- Maintain daily sourcing/candidates reports
- Coordinate with lead for requirements.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT roles & technologies
- Valuable communication skills
- Willingness to learn US IT Staffing
- Graduate (BCA, BTech CSE, MCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
