Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets (SLAs).

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in US/UK rotational shifts.

Salary

- Freshers: 21,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
- Experienced: 28,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Advantages
