- 8–12 Years: Pega Senior System Architect (SSA)
- 12–16 Years: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in Pega Customer Service
- Experience with the latest Pega Platform
- Robust understanding of Pega architecture, application design, and implementation
- Experience in case management, integrations, debugging, and deployment
- Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Certifications

- SA Role: Certified Pega System Architect (CSA)
- SSA Role:



Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- LSA Role: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA)

Preferred Skills

- Pega Customer Service Framework
- Pega Constellation / DX API
- PDC (Pega Diagnostic Cloud)
- PLA (Pega Log Analyzer)
- Production Support Experience
- Low-Code Development & Reusable Components
