We're looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to execution, with solid design sensibility and hands-on site management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Prepare working drawings, elevations, and BOQs
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes within budget
- Present design proposals to clients/management
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Mentor junior designers as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 59 years of relevant experience (residential/commercial)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of materials, space planning, and BOQ/costing
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
