About the Role

Narayana Educational Institutions is seeking passionate, result-oriented, and experienced Chemistry Faculty to train students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional subject expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire students to achieve top ranks in competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality classroom lectures for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET aspirants.
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and advanced problem-solving.
- Plan and complete the syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, DPPs, question banks, mock tests, and revision modules.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance analysis.
- Analyze student progress and provide personalized mentoring to improve academic performance.
- Train students in advanced MCQ-solving techniques, time management, and examination strategies.
- Discuss previous years' question papers and latest exam trends.
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, faculty development programs, and content creation.




- Collaborate with academic teams to maintain high teaching standards and consistently improve student outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred).
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, IISERs, Central Universities, or other reputed institutions are preferred.

Experience

- 3–10 years of teaching experience for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and/or NEET.
- Experience with reputed coaching institutes or integrated colleges will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional academic credentials and strong subject knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Robust command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Expertise in developing exam-oriented content and practice material.
- Strong mentoring and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and online learning platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven track record of producing top ranks in JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and student success.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and performance-driven academic environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
