Candidates must have relevant hotel industry experience only. Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Cluster HR Manager. Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and learning & development. Experience in handling multiple hotel properties will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
