Electrical Engineer

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted pharmaceutical production.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, VFD drives, starters (DOL, Star-Delta, Forward-Reverse) and control panels.
- Handle maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, MCC, PCC, and APFC panels while maintaining power factor.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant utilities such as air compressors, cooling towers, boilers, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct calibration and maintenance of electrical instruments and sensors including proximity switches, encoders, and load cells.
- Monitor power consumption and support energy-saving initiatives across the facility.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, and spare inventory using SAP MM.
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, safety, and vendor teams for shutdown planning and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and GMP guidelines within the pharmaceutical plant.
