Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP release manager to manage the end to end release management process for our client s global S/4 HANA rollout. April 2025 with additional go-lives.

Tasks include:

- Develop, own, and maintain the release calendar, ensuring alignment with project plans, business cycles, and operational needs, across various project, business, and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and workstream leads to identify release conflicts, risks, and scheduling challenges and to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Facilitate regular release planning meetings with stakeholders to synchronize timelines and manage dependencies.
- Coordination with other release planning and dependencies such as operations and technical / maintenance changes.
- Ensure release processes, workflows, approval checkpoints, and reporting are accurately implemented and maintained within the platform.
- Drive the creation and delivery of release management reporting, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership, project teams,



and other stakeholders.
- Communicate release performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities based on KPI data to leadership and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Release Manager.
- In depth experience in environment management, including system refreshes, data management, and deployment coordination.
- An understanding of SAP technical architecture and landscapes, including S/4 HANA and other SAP solutions.
- Experience in supporting or administrating release management platforms.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team
