Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Networking lead to architect and lead the design and integration of high-performance networking solutions for automotive domain controllers and zonal architectures. The ideal candidate will drive the development of scalable, secure, and real-time communication frameworks across vehicle ECUs, sensors, and cloud interfaces.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of networking architecture for automotive HPC platforms.
- Define and optimize in-vehicle communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet TSN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay).
- Collaborate with hardware, OS, middleware, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Drive compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434.
- Manage network stack performance, QoS, latency, and bandwidth allocation across domains (ADAS, infotainment, powertrain).
- Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, silicon vendors, and OEMs to align networking requirements.
- Oversee diagnostics, logging, and network security mechanisms.
- Mentor and guide engineers across networking, embedded software, and system integration teams.
- Own the HPC networking roadmap and contribute to vehicle E-E architecture strategy.
- Debug and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput.
- Contribute to safety and security concepts (ASIL requirements, secure boot, secure partitioning).
Qualified & Technical
Skills:

Strong experience in automotive networking protocols and high-performance embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Ethernet (TSN), IP stack, CAN/CAN FD, and real-time communication frameworks.
- Familiarity with zonal architectures, domain controllers, and service-oriented communication (SOME/IP).
- Experience with network simulation, validation, and performance profiling tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong experience in automotive networking protocols and high-performance embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Ethernet (TSN), IP stack, CAN/CAN FD, and real-time communication frameworks.
- Familiarity with zonal architectures, domain controllers, and service-oriented communication (SOME-IP).
- Experience with network simulation, validation, and performance profiling tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
