Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across full-stack application development
- Define and drive solution architecture and technical design
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Core Java and modern frameworks
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance standards
- Lead and support resolution of complex technical issues
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Mentor and guide developers to improve team capability and delivery quality
- Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, estimations, and execution
- Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core Java development
- Hands-on experience in Full Stack development (frontend + backend)
- Strong knowledge of system design and architecture principles
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Angular and/or React
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills
