Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage accounting processes, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting software, taxation, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple clinics.
Record, verify, and post accounting entries accurately.
Maintain the General Ledger and ensure proper bookkeeping.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Financial Reporting
Prepare and analyze:
Profit & Loss (P&L;) Statements
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statements
Generate MIS reports for management.
Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Taxation & Compliance
Handle Indian Tax Filings and statutory compliance.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
Ensure timely filing of applicable tax returns.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
Cash & Expense Management
Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity.
Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
Perform bank reconciliations regularly.




Ensure proper expense tracking and approval processes.
Financial Planning
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
Analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance.
Recommend cost optimization strategies.
Process Improvement
Maintain accurate financial records.
Improve accounting workflows and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or multi-location organizations is an added advantage.
