Senior / Lead Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior/Lead Developer with 6+ years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. As a technical leader, you will mentor junior developers, influence architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code and timely releases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, technical support, and pair programming.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.




- Identify performance bottlenecks and contribute to system improvements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest tools/technologies to improve team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of software development experience in [insert relevant language: e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.].
- Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
