Site Head Polymer Manufacturing |Ankleshwar , Gujarat We are seeking an experienced Site Head to lead a High Performance Polymer (HPP) manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 18+ years of experience and hands-on experience in manufacturing High Performance Polymers such as PEEK, PTFE, PEI, PPS, PAI, PBI, LCP, PSU, PES, or PPSU. The role involves overall responsibility for plant operations, P&L;, production, engineering, maintenance, quality, EHS, supply chain, process optimization, capacity expansion, operational excellence, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
