- Travel extensively across the assigned state to visit colleges and junior colleges.
- Conduct guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions for students.
- Promote PIBM's academic programs and create awareness among students and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Principals, Directors, Heads of Departments (HODs), Placement Officers, and faculty members.
- Represent PIBM professionally during institutional visits, seminars, education fairs, and academic events.
- Coordinate with colleges for academic engagement activities and future collaborations.
- Maintain daily visit reports and institutional interaction records.
- Achieve assigned outreach and engagement targets.

Mandatory Educational Qualifications





Candidates must meet any one of the following educational criteria:

- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

OR

- B.Com followed by M.Com (Both qualifications are mandatory. Candidates with only B.Com will not be considered.)

OR

- M.Tech (Preferred)

Candidates who do not meet the above educational qualifications will not be considered

Travel Requirement

- This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel.
- Candidates must be comfortable travelling regularly across their assigned state and visiting multiple colleges and junior colleges.
- Willingness to travel frequently is mandatory.
