Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced agronomist to join our team and lead the development of organic fertilizers. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microbial Scientist with expertise in plant-based microbial interactions to join our dynamic team in the Organic Fertilizer Department.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in microbial genomics, plant pathology, mycology, and plant-microbe interactions. This role involves researching, developing, and optimizing microbial solutions to enhance the efficacy and sustainability of our organic fertilizers.

The successful candidate will be also responsible for researching, formulating, and testing organic fertilizer products to enhance soil fertility, improve crop yield, and promote sustainable agricultural practices. This role requires a deep understanding of soil science, plant nutrition, and organic farming principles.

- Research and Development: Conduct research on microbial communities and their interactions with plants to improve the formulation of organic fertilizers. Focus on understanding microbial genomics, plant pathology, mycology, and plant-microbe interactions.
- Microbial Analysis: Perform analysis and characterization of beneficial microbes used in organic fertilizers. Utilize molecular techniques and genomic tools to identify and assess microbial strains.
- Product Optimization: Develop and optimize microbial inoculants and organic fertilizer formulations.



Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of these products in various soil and plant environments.
- Field Trials: Design and oversee field trials to test new products and technologies. Collect and analyze data to ensure the efficacy and safety of organic fertilizers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including agronomists, soil scientists, and product development teams to integrate microbial insights into product development.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of research findings, field trial results, and product performance. Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to scientific publications.
- Compliance: Ensure all research and product development activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Design and conduct field trials to evaluate the efficacy and environmental impact of new agricultural chemicals and technologies
- Visit of customers across INDIA, must be necessary to solve the problems.

Qualification :

- M.Sc/Ph.D Bio Chemistry (For R&D; Product development & its analysis as well as & Q.C samples) (Female Only) Experience : Experience (2-3 Year)
- Remarks : Masters degree or Ph.D. in Microbial Genomics, Plant Pathology, Mycology, Plant-Microbe Interactions, or a related field.
