Data Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Developer with 2 4 years of experience to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and solutions that support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest and transform data from multiple sources.
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using tools and frameworks such as SQL, Python, Spark, or cloud-native services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow).
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of data.
- Assist in data modeling, schema design, and data warehouse/lake development.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.




- Document data workflows, architecture, and data dictionaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 4 years of experience in a data development, ETL, or data engineering role.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries).
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS) or cloud services like AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with Python or Scala for scripting and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Solid understanding of data structures, schema design, and normalization.
- Exposure to version control (Git) and Agile development practices.
