Position: Assistant Manager
Experience: 4 7 Years
Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
Location: Bhopal

Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, consumables, equipment, and services to ensure uninterrupted production and cost efficiency. The role involves vendor negotiation, PO management, supplier coordination, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing delivery terms

- Create and manage Purchase Orders in ERP (SAP or similar)

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Accounts teams





- Track inventory levels and ensure timely material availability

- Conduct supplier visits for capability assessment and issue resolution

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards

Key Skills:
Negotiation, vendor management, ERP knowledge, analytical skills, supply chain understanding, MS Excel proficiency
