In these roles you will be responsible for:

- - Support and maintain AWS Cloud IaaS infrastructure including virtual servers, networking, storage, security, and load balancing services
- Assist in administering and maintaining GCP infrastructure and platform services
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for health, performance, availability, and capacity, and escalate issues when required
- Perform initial troubleshooting of production incidents and assist in root cause analysis
- Execute automation scripts for provisioning, deployment, patching, and routine operational tasks
- Support high availability, backup, and disaster recovery activities as per defined procedures
- Assist in implementing and maintaining cloud security policies, IAM controls, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor and report on cloud resource utilization and assist in cost optimization efforts
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and update technical records
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Administer IaaS and PaaS services including compute, networking, storage, databases and containers
