Our NTT Public cloud team ensures reliable and secure operation of public cloud platforms. Our Public Cloud Manage services help streamline operations, improve productivity and strengthen technology to help our customers stay competitive and improve customer satisfaction.

In these roles you will be responsible for:

- - Support and maintain OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) IaaS infrastructure including Compute instances, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), networking, storage, security, and load balancing services.

- Assist in administering and maintaining GCP infrastructure and platform services.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure (OCI & GCP) for health, performance, availability, and capacity, and escalate issues as required.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of production incidents in OCI environments and assist in root cause analysis.
- Execute automation scripts for provisioning, deployment, patching, and routine operational tasks across OCI and GCP.
- Support high availability, backup, and disaster recovery activities in OCI as per defined procedures.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining OCI security policies, IAM controls, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve cloud operational issues.
- Monitor and report on cloud resource utilization and assist in cost optimization efforts across OCI and GCP.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and update technical records.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Administer IaaS and PaaS services including compute, networking, storage, databases and containers
