We are currently seeking a Technical Design Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Define scalable, modular, and high performance front end architecture using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and GraphQL
Establish architectural standards for:
o Component library & design system
o State management (React Query/Apollo/Redux)
o Micro frontends (if applicable)
o Code splitting, lazy loading, and optimization
Create patterns for consuming GraphQL APIs including schema design alignment, caching, pagination, subscriptions, and performance tuning.
Work with backend/domain architects to align UI architecture
Lead front end architectural decisions, design reviews, high level solution diagrams, and reference implementations.
Mentor UI engineers, conduct deep-dive design sessions, and drive engineering excellence.
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for performance improvements,



current UI frameworks, GraphQL tooling, or visualization libraries (Charts/Topology Maps)
Ensure front end security standards for telecom-grade solutions (CSP, XSS mitigation, secure cookies, role based UI rendering).
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Design Leads, and Backend teams.
Translate domain-heavy requirements into intuitive UI experiences and scalable code structures.
Support production rollouts, troubleshoot high priority issues
