Role & responsibilities

- Monitor alerts generated by SOC and NOC tools.
- Perform first-level analysis and ticket creation.
- Escalate incidents based on defined procedures.
- Monitor server, network, endpoint, and application health.
- Support vulnerability remediation follow-up.
- Maintain operational documentation and shift reports.
- Participate in 24x7 monitoring activities.

- Monitor and manage security and infrastructure alerts.
- Perform incident triage, investigation, and escalation.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
- Monitor network, server, cloud, and endpoint security events.
- Prepare operational and security reports.
- Support audits and compliance activities.




- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.

- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Windows & Linux Fundamentals
