Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NormMaster Application Specialist / Administrator to manage, configure, and support the T-Systems NormMaster platform. The role focuses on document lifecycle management, system administration, integrations, and compliance governance across enterprise environments.

This position works closely with IT, Engineering, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure secure, scalable, and productive document and standards management.

Key Responsibilities 1. NormMaster Platform Administration

- Install, configure, and administer T-Systems NormMaster across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
- Manage system configurations, metadata, indexing, and document lifecycle states
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning
- Coordinate with T-Systems support for patches, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks

2. Document & Standards Lifecycle Management

- Manage end-to-end document workflows: submission, review, approval, publishing, archival
- Define and maintain metadata schemas, classification, and tagging structures
- Implement document retention, expiry policies, and audit trails
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive and regulated documents

3. Workflow & Process Configuration

- Configure approval workflows, notifications, and escalations
- Customize workflows as per business requirements
- Implement version control and change management processes
- Optimize document search and retrieval mechanisms
- Align processes with ISO and regulatory standards

4. Integration & Enterprise Connectivity

- Integrate NormMaster with enterprise systems such as:




- Active Directory / LDAP
- SSO platforms
- SAP / ERP systems
- PLM / Engineering systems

- Configure API and web service integrations
- Manage authentication and role-based access control (RBAC)

5. Security & Compliance

- Implement RBAC and segregation of duties
- Configure secure protocols (SSL/TLS)
- Support compliance frameworks like ISO 9001, ISO 27001
- Maintain audit logs for regulatory and compliance requirements

6. Performance & Infrastructure Support

- Work with infra teams for server sizing and database optimization
- Monitor indexing, storage, and system performance
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and high availability setups

7. Testing, Release & Change Management

- Plan and execute application upgrades and patches
- Perform regression testing and release validation
- Manage change requests and coordinate release cycles

8. Business Support & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as SME for NormMaster platform
- Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Support audits and regulatory reviews
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Expertise NormMaster / DMS Expertise

- Hands-on experience with T-Systems NormMaster
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management systems
- Experience in workflow configuration, metadata, and document governanc
