Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Allianz business stakeholders, domain SMEs (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration), and IT teams to capture and interpret business intent.
- Translate business needs into structured, AI-consumable formats suitable for AI-enabled platforms and tools.
- Validate and refine AI-generated outputs, ensuring alignment with business expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Perform gap analysis between AI-generated specifications and intended business outcomes, driving continuous refinement.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, AI outputs, and final deliverables in line with Allianz governance standards.
- Apply structured validation frameworks to maintain quality, consistency, and auditability.
- Support alignment with Allianz Business Master Platform methodologies, enterprise architecture, and data standards.
- Work closely with Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe) to ensure seamless integration of AI-assisted requirements into delivery cycles.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams,



ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-assisted requirement engineering practices within Allianz.

Technical Skill Set

- Strong understanding of AI-assisted requirement engineering and practical exposure to AI/ML concepts (prompt engineering, output validation, model limitations).
- Experience with enterprise requirement management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Allianz Business Master Platform frameworks or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Knowledge of data structuring, metadata, and semantic modeling for AI consumption.
- Experience in validation frameworks, quality assurance, and traceability mechanisms.
- Understanding of API-based architectures, system integration, and digital platforms.
- Solid exposure to Agile methodologies, preferably within SAFe environments.
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools for requirement generation, analysis, or automation.
