Job Description

We are looking for experienced Solar O&M; professionals to lead Operations & Maintenance activities for utility-scale solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end O&M; activities for solar plants with a cumulative capacity of 500 MW or above.
- Drive plant performance, generation optimization, and asset reliability.
- Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution.
- Monitor plant availability, PR, CUF, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory requirements, and grid regulations.
- Lead site teams, contractors,



and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive cost optimization, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- 13+ years of experience in Solar Power Plant Operations & Maintenance.
- Hands-on experience managing utility-scale solar projects (500 MW+).
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of SCADA, Grid Compliance, Protection Systems, and Performance Monitoring.
- Experience in IPP/EPC/Renewable Energy organizations preferred.
