Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students, ensuring effective communication of subject matter.

- Develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet academic standards.

- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and creativity.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience as an English teacher (PRT/TGT).

- Robust knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and practices.

- Excellent command over English language skills (reading comprehension, writing, speaking).

- Ability to teach English literature at both secondary level (10+2) and senior secondary level (12th).

- Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA) or Master's degree in English (MA).
