Procurement of goods and services for Airport Capex projects - Tender Document preparation, Evaluate Bids, Techno-commercial Negotiations & finalization of Contracts related to CAPEX projects, design consultancies, Interior & finishing projects.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- PR review, identify the requirement and action the same - Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to requirements - Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR - Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
- Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors - Comparative preparation rates,
terms and condition - Techno-commercial negotiations - Preparation of NFA - Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval - Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
- Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements - MIS
Technical Competencies
Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc.
,Digital Dexterity,Experience on working in SAP/ERP system,Knowledge about MIS preparation

5-10 years functional role, having experience of working for Civil related estimation, procurement and contract management.
