DTP Operator

Competitive Cracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized DTP Operator to support the uploading, updating, management, and maintenance of educational content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should ensure accuracy, proper organization, and smooth availability of study resources for students.

Job Responsibilities

Content Uploading Management

- Upload and manage study materials, notes, question papers, videos, and other educational resources on web and mobile applications.
- Update existing content regularly as per internal instructions.
- Organize and club classes, documents, and study materials in a structured manner.
- Ensure proper tagging, categorization, and placement of all uploaded content.

Content Maintenance Quality Checks

- Verify uploaded materials for correctness, completeness, and proper placement.
- Maintain backups of study materials, video classes, and documents.
- Ensure all content is accessible and properly functioning across platforms.
- Monitor updates and keep resources organized and up to date.

User Platform Support

- Assist users in accessing study materials and downloading notes.
- Support students in navigating the mobile application and website.
- Help with basic account-related or content access issues.

Issue Reporting Coordination

- Report technical or content-related issues to the concerned teams.




- Coordinate with technical/support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain records of updates and issue status.

Administrative Support

- Perform data entry and record maintenance tasks.
- Maintain content inventories and digital resource databases.
- Support day-to-day operational work related to content management.

Requirements

- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital content platforms.
- Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in content uploading or DTP-related work.
- Familiarity with PDF handling, file organization, and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Photoshop (optional).
- Experience in Education, Training, or EdTech industry preferred.

Job Details

- Work Location: Office-based
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Working Days: 15 days per month
