Job Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Hisar Plant

Department: Supply Chain / Logistics

Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound receipt of raw materials, including scheduling, unloading, verification, and discrepancy resolution.

Plan and execute timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.

Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter records.

Coordinate with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor shipment status.

Work with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support stock audits.

Ensure compliance with GST, statutory transportation requirements and safety regulations.

Maintain logistics MIS, dispatch records, and other operational documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics.

Diploma or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse coordination.
