Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Sriperumbudur Sunguvarchatram, Chennai
Salary: Up to 25,000 Gross per month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Lead and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Allocate daily work schedules and monitor team performance.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and coordinate with stores for replenishment of supplies.
- Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety practices, and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily attendance, reports, and housekeeping checklists.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, corporate, hospital, or facility management environments is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
