Banking -Semi-Voice- Process Executive

Job Description:

Handle customer queries through a combination of voice calls and email/chat support.

Assist customers with banking products, account information, transactions, and service requests.

Resolve customer issues while adhering to banking policies and compliance guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate or undergraduate with min 1 year exp in international bpo .

Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer service orientation.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills:

Problem-solving ability.

Active listening and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
