Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing).
- Understand technical job requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and ensure smooth joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

- 24 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and hiring process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (reports, trackers, basic formulas).
