We're looking for a Creative HR Executive Employee Engagement & Employer Branding to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives for our Restaurant and Corporate teams.
- Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs.
- Organize employee events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.
- Design engaging creatives, posters, videos, and campaigns using Canva (or similar tools).
- Manage and create content for our social media and employer branding platforms.
- Support Talent Management and other exciting HR initiatives.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience
- Creative minds with valuable communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Someone who enjoys storytelling, branding, and creating memorable employee experiences
