About the Role

Apptad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Data Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, monitoring business performance, and providing actionable insights to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis Reporting

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare Monthly MIS, business performance reports, and management dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and projections for business planning.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow performance.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Data Management Analytics

- Collect, validate, and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
- Prepare reports using Adv Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Create dashboards and visual reports for senior management.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Business Planning Support

- Assist in financial planning and business reviews.
- Support management with profitability analysis by project, customer, and business unit.
- Analyze workforce costs, consultant costs, and operational expenditures.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for leadership review.

Compliance Process Improvement

- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.




- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis and MIS Reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP systems, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Exposure to staffing, IT services, or consulting industry will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates are encouraged to apply.
