QA Manager Automation, Performance & Quality Engineering

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Manager to lead our quality engineering efforts with a strong focus on automation, performance testing, and DevOps integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks, cloud platforms, and containerization tools. Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation & Testing Strategy
- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/Cucumber.
- Drive automation across UI, API, and backend systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Performance & Reliability Engineering
- Lead performance testing using JMeter.
- Analyze system bottlenecks, database/query issues and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance.
- DevOps & Cloud Integration
- Use Docker for containerized test environments and reproducible test setups.
- Manage test infrastructure on Cloud Platform (AWS or Azure).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless test environment provisioning and deployment.
- Quality Governance & Compliance
- Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and metrics across teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
- Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and automation specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations.
- Communicate quality goals and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Healthcare RCM (Preferred)
- Validate workflows and data integrity in healthcare applications.
- Understand RCM processes such as claims, billing, and coding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Expertise in Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with .NET applications and testing strategies.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Git, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and test management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Healthcare RCM domain.
- Familiarity with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP).
- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Dynatrace, Site24x7).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-based testing tools and shift-left testing strategies.
