Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our Wire Harness business in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying recent business opportunities in industries such as automotive, industrial, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers for wire harness products.
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region.





Key Requirements / Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in wire harness, cable assembly, connectors, or related electromechanical products.
- Strong understanding of:
- Wire harness manufacturing
- Crimping and connector systems
- BOM and drawings
- Automotive/industrial quality standards
- RFQ and costing process
- Experience handling OEM/Tier-1 customers preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of automotive standards such as IATF 16949.
- Familiarity with connectors, terminals, and cable routing systems.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and manufacturing teams.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
