We have an exciting chance for the role of Specialist Recruiter IT (Contract/C2H Staffing) with one of our leading clients.

Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and high-energy IT Recruiters with 36 years of experience in contract staffing. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for IT Services clients with a strong focus on speed, quality, and meeting strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche and bulk IT roles
• Handle salary/rate negotiations and ensure successful offer closures
• Act as SPOC for client accounts and manage stakeholder communication
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases
• Screen candidates on technologies like Java, .NET, QA, React, AWS, etc.




• Ensure high submission ratios and quick turnaround times (2448 hours)
• Schedule interviews and follow up to ensure candidate attendance
• Work on resume formatting and client/VMS portal submissions

Must-Have Skills:
• Experience in IT Contract Staffing
• Strong sourcing expertise (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster)
• Ability to work under tight SLAs and high-volume hiring
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Good to Have:
• Experience with client portals/VMS
• Resume formatting and database management
