Key Responsibilities

Development of Client Solutions

- Participate in discovery sessions and provide effort estimations based on business requirements.
- Plan and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate with business users and clients to understand expectations and project goals.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in technical design discussions, database design, coding, testing, implementation, and application maintenance.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative tools.
- Manage technical delivery of integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide hands-on support for solution architecture, application development, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Oversee UI development, application customization, configuration, data migration, and deployment on the Salesforce platform.
- Guide clients and development teams on technology decisions, processes, and implementation approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and train new team members.
- Support the continuous development of existing team members.
- Build and promote a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Manage team performance, development, feedback, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies.

Commercial Responsibilities





- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
- Assist in developing business opportunities with recent and existing clients.

General Responsibilities

- Participate in recruitment and technical interviews as required.
- Maintain active Salesforce certifications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform releases and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to continuously learn new Salesforce technologies.
- Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, including:
- Validation Rules
- Process Builder
- Lightning Flows
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- Asynchronous Apex
- SOQL & SOSL
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)

- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce using REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
- Experience writing comprehensive unit tests with high code quality.
- Experience using Salesforce DX (SFDX)



and Salesforce CLI for metadata deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience with Lead-to-Campaign, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, and Sales Automation processes.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, packaging, and deployment.
- Active Salesforce Trailblazer Profile.
- Experience working across complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Strong understanding of API design, service decomposition, handler-based architecture, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Additional Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
