- 8–10 years BPO experience and minimum 1 year of manager experience needed (Assistant Manager experience will not work). Responsible for overall operations, client deliverables, and team management.
- Up to 9.5 LPA (Non negotialble)

2. MIS Executive

- Minimum 2 years MIS experience with solid MS Access skills. Handle reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
- Up to 5 LPA (Non negotialble)

3. WFH Trainers - Ecommerce Inbound voice- 5 nos

- 3 years BPO experience + 1 year documented Trainer experience. Should have laptop with wifi connections.

Conduct training sessions, prepare modules,



track performance.

- Up to 4.5 LPA (Non negotialble)

4.Team Leads - Ecommerce Inbound voice - 10 nos

- 3 years BPO experience + 1 year documented TL experience.

Lead teams, manage daily targets, ensure compliance.

- Up to 4.5 LPA (Non negotialble)

- Quality Analysts - Ecommerce Inbound voice - 2nos
- 3 years BPO experience + 1 year documented QA experience . Monitor calls/chats, provide feedback, drive quality improvements.
- Up to 3.6 LPA (Non negotialble)
