Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an authorized automobile dealership service department.
- Experience as Service General Manager, General Manager Service, Service Manager, or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Proven experience in managing large dealership workshops and after-sales operations.




- Strong knowledge of dealership service processes, warranty administration, workshop operations, and OEM compliance.
- Experience working with Hyundai,Tata Cars,Mahindra - Personal & Commercial ,Honda - Cars ,TVS - Two wheelers ,Honda - Power Products, or other leading automobile brands.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS), MS Excel, and service performance reporting.
- Willingness to relocate within South Tamil Nadu or South Kerala, based on business requirements.
